Don't you just love it how babies fall asleep in random places!? Eliza fell asleep on the counter once! And Derick just decided to take a nap on the "comfterable and luxerious" floor. I wish that Jessie would do that. Jessie is the cute one-year old whom I babysit. He won't let me get him dressed or take a nap. But I have a hard time going to sleep, too. His brother is so much easier. All I have to do is play with him and he's happy. The game we play all the time is pretty much running around in circles and taking him to the "hospital".

Have you heard the story called the princess and the pea? Here's how it goes:

Once upon a time there was a prince who decided he wanted to marry a true princess. So he searched the kingdom far and wide but he couldn't find some one good enough (he must've had high standards). One day a beautiful girl went up to the palace gate and claimed that she was a true princess and that she heard that the prince wanted to marry a true princess so she decided to travel there to marry him. Unfortunately, her carriage broke and she had to walk the rest of the way there. The Queen decided to test the girl. She ordered 12 mattresses and put a pea under the stack. The next morning the princess complained about how bumpy her bed was and how it felt like she was sleeping on rocks. ( A PEA!? What a wimp!!!) Because she had a delicate back it ment she was a true princess and so she married the prince. The End.

What a wierd story! Any way I thought it would fun to write our own version. You know that game were someone tells part of a story and then someone else tells another part and so on? We're going to do that by commenting on this blog! Here are the rules:

It doesn't have to be exactly like the origanal story. You can say that the kingdom got abducted by aliens or something.
You may have as many turns as you want. You could have 50!

WOOOOHOOOOOOOO! ♪♥☻☺♦ It's Spring Break! It's not that I don't like school or anything but I needed/wanted a break. Here's some books for you to read during the vacation:

HARRY POTTER!!!!! I ♥ this series!!!!!!!! THEY ARE MY FAVORITE! I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE TO COME OUT!!!!!!!!

Anything by Shannon Hale: She's a LDS author and wrote several great books. My favorite one that I read was called "Princess Academy" (I know that it sounds girly, but I loved it!

Margret Peterson Haddix: SHE IS AWESOME! Here are some of here awesome books. They are for both boys and girls.

Running Out Of Time: This is probably my favorite book by this author. It's about a village that thinks that it's the 1800's but it's really modern-day times.

Double Identity: It's about a girl who finds out she's a DNA clone. Spooky.

The Shadow Children series: It takes place in a society were they only allow 2 kids per family. WARNING: The first book is really sad, but don't stop reading from there.

Just Ella : You know the story Cinderella? This is a much better version of it because it's not really girly and unrealistic.

Yesterday, I was sick so when my aunt asked me to baby sit today, I said no. And know I'm feeling better! Infact, now I feel good enough to baby sit. (sigh) At least I get to baby sit at all. Very few 11 year olds get to baby sit.

Indiana Jones!

Last night Micheal (my brother) and I stayed up intill 11:00 watching Indiana Jones and the last Creasade last night. I liked it but I think that I would've liked it even more without all of that kissing.

If you haven't watched it but are planning too, than when it gets to the part were the bad guy drinks out of the holy grial, CLOSE YOUR EYES!! You might get tempted to open your eyes, but don't. I kept my eyes closed at that part but my brother took one peak and got freaked out beyond reason.

Anyway, besides the fact that it was creepy at that one part,it was a cool movie.

On Newyears Eve my brother and I babysat our cousins. Since our cousins were asleep, we got to play the Wii intill midnight. It was so much fun! It was the first time I stould up really late for Newyears. It wasn't the latest I stayed up, but it still rocked!

We have some family members from Utah here. It is so awesome! Yesterday we went sledding and had a family Christmas talent show. Sledding is my favorite thing about snow! We're getting so much snow, we had 2-hour delays for 4 days striaght!!!!

Today my brother and I (plus my sister) tried sledding down a pile of snow we made, but it sooo wasn't the same as going down the hill.

We've been on vacation for the past two weeks, so a lot has happened on our vacation. First we went to our great Grandma's house. My brother and sisters watched Aqua Marine there, and every one loved it!!!! We also went to Temple Square. The temple is sooooooooo beautiful!! Then we went to another relative's house. Our Aunt Aron and uncle Philip are so funny. And they have two adorable daughters named Cally, she's six, and Cecily(3). Cecily has a soft cute little voice!

Then we headed for California and Disneyland! We all loved it! I freaked out on Grizzly River Rafting, but at least I didn't go on Splash Mountain. That ride looks creepy. I took on the Matterhorn and Space Mountain though. The Haunted Mansion was changed completely for Halloween. Any way, it was so fun.

Emma's Baptism

I'm sorry that I haven't wrote in my blog for a while. I'll at least write every Saturday.
My sister, Emma, just got baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was a very special event. A cousin's family went to Silver Wood that day, but she went to the baptism instead of a thyme park.
Emma is kind and loving. She thinks of others before her self. She is also caring. When ever her birthday would be coming up, Mom and Dad would ask her what presents she would like and she'd always say "a baby doll."
To the right is the front of her baptism program. Dad drew it. The girl in it is as beautiful and as graceful as Emmy.
Emma, if you're reading this, please know that I love you. :-)

I'm sorry that I haven't made a post for a while. I'll tell you what has been going on. First of all, my brother Micheal just got surgery. But it was alright. Another thing that's going on is that my family (including me) just got the flu. Every one except Emma recovered. But the worst part is that Emma was supposed to get baptized to day. :-( But some relatives that moved to Wisconsin are visiting us.:-) By the way, Micheal says hi.

Guess what! My Uncle Stephen just got married! The girl he got married to is named Jenna, but I kept accidentally calling her Britta like one of my other aunts. She caught the bouquet at Issac's and Britta's (some more uncles and aunts) reception but didn't get married next. Besides, Ariel's only 18.

Today I started Middle School. It's pretty easy so far except for getting into my locker is tough. So far there's no evidence that I have to share a locker except for the fact the office said that I would have to share. My mom said that when she was in middle school, nobody had to share a locker. Guess what? I just did a bit of BABY SITTING! I did it for two hours straight and the cute little girl did exactly what she was supposed to: Not cry or scream when I have no clue of what she needs, and not push shelves down, not get on the tables. She also made a few messes, but they were o-so-easy to clean up. Oh, and I also finished my power point on Animaniacs. I love Animaniacs and POWER POINTS! Power points are so much fun! They're really easy and you can make them look so cool! Thanks Carrie, Elizabeth, and Kenly for posting on my blog!! That means a lot to me.
